Oregon Law allows unlimited personal and corporate contributions. Individuals with adjusted gross income under $100,000 or joint filers with combined income below $200,000 may qualify for a $50 per person or $100 per couple political tax credit. Contributions to candidates and political committees may not be deducted as charitable contribution or as a business expense for Federal Income tax purposes.
