Born and raised in Coos County Oregon, Brandi Lynn Martindale is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience spanning workforce development, regulatory compliance, executive coaching, and public policy analysis. As a certified Life and Health Coach and founder of Pacific Coast Coaching, she empowers individuals and teams to break through barriers and create lasting, positive change.

Her professional foundation is grounded in systems thinking and social-organizational psychology, with degrees from Columbia University, Queens College, and Arizona Western College. Brandi has managed complex multi-sector operations, led legal and policy compliance efforts across industries, and guided both private businesses and public institutions in improving operational outcomes.

Brandi’s approach is equal parts data-driven and people-focused. She brings a passion for clear communication, compassionate leadership, and community-centered planning.
